Careers and inequality

Here's what my group is researching:
How do social identities and special skills apply themselves to the business?

·         James- Believes musicians make most money from merchandise.
·         Jack- Believes mental disabilities give people special skill that are very useful when taken advantage of.
·         Melanie- Believes companies treat employees of a younger age with less respect.
·         Rachel- Believes jazz musicians special skills and wellness to take risk and life experiences from going into a less then renowned career leads to them being fit for the business world.
·         Daniel- Believes actors make money because they have a lack of fear and lucky.
·         Shelly- Believes females are victims of gender discrimination in the workplace.
