Our groups overall research question is how are industries companies successful,
and our hypothesis is: companies are successful,

because of their owner’s passion and work ethic.
I’m interested in learning about how
Steakhouses and Grills are successful,
because I love grilling and I love steak.
Also my dad knows a lot of big restaurant owners
and managers and their line of work fascinates me.
What’s not to love about a job where you get to manage people,
make a lot of money, and be around food all day?.
Sub questions I'm considering:
- How are Steakhouses able to become big?
- How do you start a successful steakhouse/grill?
- How do you manage a steakhouse/grill?
- How do steakhouses/grills come up with new and creative foods?
- How much does the typical restaurant owner make every year?
