Why do actors make so much money?

The overall topic of this project is, how do social identities and special skills apply themselves in the business world in terms of careers? There are many different subtopics to this topic and I chose to discuss why actors make so much money. My hypothesis to this question is that actors have been successful because they have a special talent. The talent can be mostly luck, but they also have a lack of fear and great personality. I believe that actors have some talent, but mostly they just found the right people to set them in the right direction.

Why am I passionate about learning about actors?

Actors have a very interesting life, that many people strive to achieve. This was always a goal of mine when I was younger so I am fascinated in how people reach the high level of acting, and how they make so much money. Actors are some of the highest paid people  and live the most amazing lives, so why wouldn't people want to be a part of that? I also watch TV everyday so I overall find this topic interesting because I am purely jealous.
