How to Achieve Greatness in The Restaurant Business

Achieving greatness in the restaurant industry should not be hard with a restaurant with good vibes and good food.

Q: How can someone achieve success in the restaurant business?

A: The customers are the biggest part of the restaurant
business they always need to be satisfied
in order for your restaurant to be good. "Success in the restaurant
industry is understanding the customer and always being geared
to adjust to altering taste, price points and overall perception of value."
A better understanding of the restaurant business and studying its roots
is also another under looked but important factor for your restaurant to succeed.

Q: What is the problem with fast food companies like McDonalds?

A: Fast food places can't get on a personal level with the customer
like small to local restaurants have the ability to know their customers well.
Also "Part of McDonalds problems stem from customer fatigue and an overemphasis
on promotion vs. food." Fast food restaurants are too worried about how many
customers they can get rather then how many customers they can please.

Q: How can you make the customers want to come back to your restaurant?

A: You have to keep the customer guessing and wonder what kind of
wonderful, deliciously tasting food they will get next time they stop by.
You need multiple items that stand out on the menu not just a couple.
The items should not only appeal to your liking or one groups liking.
Your food items should reach all people to get a popular and well established restaurant.
