- Listening to your customers- By doing this you can take what the customers want and say and change how you market your product to their liking.
- creating a community on the web-By doing this you can allow your product to become familiarized over the internet. When doing this your only making your brand marketing stronger because now even newer people are seeing your brand being viewed through this community over the internet and join.

- Yes, this is a must, it shows that you are actively engaging the customer, but reflects how your franchise handles negative criticism as well as positive criticism. "Customers are not shy about offering complaints behind the anonymity of the internet". Customers are more likely to be negative on the internet because the interaction is not face to face, so you must handle the complaint with a good outlook and answer their complaint with respect.
