                   Richard Branson is the founder and CEO of Virgin. He has been in every industry from records to space crafts and he was the driving force behind it. He has gone into tones of industries but has failed as more times then any other entrepreneure but he was able to pick himself up and dust himself off because of one defining advantage.                    Richard Branson suffered from dyslexia. The type of dyslexia Richard had makes words on a page get mixed up while you look at them making it very difficult for him to read. This caused him to fail his way through school and caused him never to go to college. It also showed him to never let failure bring him down witch eventually gave him the tools to succeed in business.
