Government & Environment

I am interested in learning more about how the government should protect our environment, because I am very passionate about keeping our environment clean and preserving it for future generations. We cannot survive without a healthy environment., and I find it ironic that the most essential part of our well- being is also the most greatly ignored. I believe there is so much more our country can do to become eco friendly., and I want to learn the areas in which our country is doing well in protecting our environment and where we can improve.  

To research this topic I have come up with 4 sub questions. I am going to research:

1. What is the current state of our environment’s well being?
2. How are people affecting the environment?
3. What are the current regulations on the environment?
4. In what ways is the government failing to protect our environment?
